![]() If your order was damaged, sent back by the postal service, or damaged because you were absent during its delivery due to BEING ON VACATION, you will not receive a refund or a new item. This is not a requirement for proof, but as a note on ways to further protect our shipped items. However, in the event of damaged items, we wish for an image or photo of the reported damage. After the item is received by the shop a refund for the price of the item will be processed. ![]() All shipping costs will be covered by the buyer. Once we are notified the item needs to be shipped back within seven days. If you are requesting a refund after receiving your item we require that the shop is notified within three days of delivery. ![]() Refunds are available for most early cancellations, and all other possible issues will be dealt with in a fashion that best suits the issue.
